You can rightly note that in Ukraine, few people select using machine search of employees. But in the Ukrainian realities there is an alternative to him - young beginner specialists who are engaged in the primary selection of resumes in large companies. So they just sort the incoming questionnaires into those in which the necessary competencies are not indicated, and those in which they are contained. Profiles with the right set of keywords are passed on to recruiters, HRs, and managers.

Like a machine, such a recruiter acts relatively strictly according to the declared algorithm and issues recommendations to those who indicated the qualifications and qualities required in the vacancy.
How to pass the initial selection by a robot or novice recruiter

To increase the chances of going through the initial selection of both the machine and the person who performs the mechanical work, carefully analyze the texts of the vacancies and write in the resume what is expected of you. Be especially careful with keywords in the categories:

    competencies and tasks that will need to be addressed;
    city ​​of work;
    knowledge of languages ​​(foreign, programming);
    necessary work experience;
    education and specializations.

But here, as always, it is important that the keywords are relevant to you: if you have the necessary competencies that the employer indicates in the vacancy, do not hesitate to repeat yourself and indicate them in the resume.

A few more tips that can help you correctly recognize your resume and the car and the person:

    From images, add only a photo in the upper right or left corner, no other pictures and diagrams. If you send a portfolio, then attach only a link to it.
    Do not fill out resumes in the form of tables; their automatic systems will not recognize.
    Make your resume simple, in simple fonts. Simplicity is not only understandable to the robot, but also pleases the human eye.
    Check your spelling - the robot only knows the correctly spelled words.
